Delivery & Returns
We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK for orders over £50 after all discounts have been applied at checkout.
We ship first class Tuesdays & Thursdays with Royal Mail.
Royal Mail Shipping is £4.95
Easter Deliveries
We take a week off over the Easter Break. All orders placed between 29th and 7th April will be shipped the week commencing 8th April.
Summer Holidays
We currently close every August, any orders placed between 31st July and 31st August will be shipped the week commencing 2nd September.
Christmas Deliveries
We experience high volumes of orders and Royal Mail tends to get delayed around this time of year so please allow up to 10 days over the busy festive period for deliveries.
Our cut off for shipping for Christmas is Monday 16th December, all orders placed after this date will be dispatched when we return in January.
Greens For A Year Shipping Details
Once you purchase our Greens for a Year you will receive an email requesting that you select your kit and seed choices.
We then we get busy making your kit.
As this is a bespoke product please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
We use Royal Mail Tracked for these item and when your order is ready to be dispatched, we'll send you an email with confirmation details on fulfilment.
Returns & Refunds
It is possible that for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
The returned items must be unused and in their original new condition.
If you would like to return your kit after use then please send all components that you have left within 28 days of your kit arriving with you. Your return would need to be fully tracked, and tracking details sent to us at hello@teenygreeny.co.uk including your reason for refund, order number and full name along with photos of each growing step you made to allow success when using our kit.The Small Print
As a small business we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage so we ask you to send it back using tracked postage and keep proof of postage. Once a returned kit is back and checked over, refunds will be made within 1-3 days. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the kit to make sure it hasn’t been used and every step was taken to have complete growing success. If for any reason your return did not meet our standards, we would contact you directly via email. Just so you know - this has never happened, but we've got to put the small print somewhere.
